Delivery address changes

Please carefully check your delivery address when placing your order, as it cannot be modified once the order has been shipped.


Order cancellation policy

If you change your mind before receiving your order, cancellations may be accepted before shipment (ideally within 12 hours).

Please note that for logistical reasons, once an order has been processed for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled.


Parcels damaged in transit

If you notice that a parcel is damaged during transport, please reject the delivery if possible and contact our customer service.
